Lapsang Souchong

Lapsang Souchong originates from the WuYi region in China.  This smoked tea gets its distinctive flavour from being smoke dried over pine-wood fires.  A strong tea that provokes strong reaction; love it or hate it, it’s one of the most renowned black teas in the world.  Lapsang tastes great blended with other teas such as our cinnamon, chai, or vanilla for a new twist or try it blended with one of our other premium blacks if you don’t like it too smoky.

Type: Black

Brew: 1 tsp per 200ml; 100ºC; 2 minutes.

Lapsang Souchong is best in the morning, early afternoon or on those cold wintry days.
