Silver Needle White Tea

This organic tea is plucked at daybreak in early spring and dried before oxidation takes place, this is a delicate, sweet and mellow tea that has almost no caffeine and more antioxidants than any other tea.  These rare, exquisite leaves were traditionally reserved only for the Chinese imperial family and make up the finest white tea available.

Brew: 1 tp per cup; use 70°C; 3-5 minutes for first brew and then add 30 seconds for each subsequent infusion.
