This is our super premium grade matcha.  It's the best grade of matcha we could lay our hands on.  This matcha is made up of the most sweet and tender leaves that are picked from the top of the tea bush.  It's flavour profile is sweeter and less grassy than our standard grade matcha and is perfect for special occasions.
